Way back in the early 70s Northern Lights first took the stage.  At that time, original members, Ron Capone, Biff Coyne and Pat Kaufman were high school students from Flourtown and Erdenheim.  They played their brand of classic rock covers in and around the neighborhood until the early 80s, joined along the way by other Springfield kids, Matt Pello, Joe Nines, Ken Fox and Blaise Brugger.
